"Stadium Club Is Back After 18 Years — and It Still Looks Like Nothing Else"

Some brands sell chrome. Stadium Club always sold photography.

Topps is bringing Stadium Club Basketball back for 2025-26 — the first set under the name since 2007-08, nearly two decades on the shelf. The formula collectors remember is intact: full-bleed photos that use the whole card, and on-card autographs instead of stickers wherever it counts.

The checklist preview (the full checklist isn't out yet) reads like a love letter to the brand's history. Beam Team — yes, that Beam Team — returns as a super short print alongside Pure Focus. Lone Star Signatures and the dual-auto Co-Signers are back. The new wrinkle is Rookie Polaroid Autographs, an instant-film treatment Topps says is meant to feel as personal as the photography the brand is known for. Chrome Autographs get a Gold Refractor parallel numbered to 50, and the base auto lineup runs down to Orange /25 and Black /10 versions.

The rookie class carrying it is the right one to relaunch with: Cooper Flagg, Ace Bailey, Dylan Harper, Kon Knueppel and VJ Edgecombe all feature, including a Rookie Takeover insert for Flagg.

Presales start October 27. Our take: in a year when every release wants to be louder than the last, the quiet confidence of a photography-first set is exactly why Stadium Club developed its cult. Some of these are going to be the best-looking cards of the season, full stop.
