How we ship — and why
Cards belong with collectors. We don't cut corners getting them to you — every order is packed with the same care we'd want for our own collection, and it moves fast. What we won't do is play the pricing game: shaving a card's price, then making it back on inflated shipping and handling. Our shipping is charged at our cost — no padding, no profit — which is why, more often than not, our total price to your door is the lowest you'll find.
Shipping
Every order ships within 2 business days of payment, from Marietta, Georgia.
Orders under $20 ship in a rigid tracked letter: $1.25 for light orders (1–2 cards), $1.75 for heavier letter orders (3+ cards). Letter tracking follows the mailpiece in transit and confirms delivery.
Orders of $20 or more ship as a package via USPS Ground Advantage: $5.50, with full USPS tracking.
Orders of $50 or more automatically include tracking and insurance. Ground Advantage includes $100 of insurance; orders over $100 receive additional coverage up to the full order value at no extra charge.
Shipping is charged at cost — we don't profit on shipping, and we don't bury it in card prices. We ship to US addresses only. Combined shipping is automatic: one shipping charge per order.
Every card is sleeved and protected exactly as it was photographed; slabs ship padded in a mailer, never in a plain envelope.
Returns
Ungraded cards: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition as received. If the return is not due to our error, return shipping is the buyer's cost. A packing slip is included with every order to make returns easy.
Graded slabs and sealed product: all sales are final, except items that arrive damaged or not as described — contact us and we'll make it right.
If we made a mistake (wrong card, damage in transit, not as described), we cover return shipping and refund in full.
